This Privacy Policy explains how Florentseva Dev LLC ("PlayForest", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games published on Google Play (the "Games") and our website at playforest.games (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Florentseva Dev LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at support@playforest.games.
2. Information we collect
Our Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location inside the Games.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information — device model, operating system version, language, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics.
- Advertising identifiers — such as the Android Advertising ID, used by advertising partners as described in Section 5. You can reset or delete it in your device settings.
- Gameplay data — progress, settings, coin and fuel balances, records and unlocked content. This data is stored locally on your device.
- Approximate location — partners may infer your country or region from your IP address, for example to show relevant ads or comply with local laws.
Information you give us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond and provide support.
Website
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Games and save your progress;
- To show advertising, including optional rewarded ads;
- To process in-app purchases and restore them;
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance and gameplay;
- To respond to your support requests;
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Games), your consent (personalized advertising), our legitimate interests (security, analytics and improving the Services) and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Games, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services — policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob — policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Play Billing — payments are handled by Google; we never see your card or payment details.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Advertising
Our Games are free to play and may display ads, including optional rewarded videos (for example, watching a video to receive extra fuel). Advertising partners may use your advertising identifier, device information and approximate location to show ads and measure their performance.
Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the Games' settings or your device settings. To opt out of personalized ads on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads and delete or reset your advertising ID. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
6. In-app purchases
Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coins or fuel. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the transaction (such as an order ID and the item purchased) but not your payment information.
7. Local multiplayer
Some Games include multiplayer over a local Wi-Fi network. To find nearby races, the Game exchanges limited technical data (such as the device's local network address and game state) directly between devices on the same network. This data is not sent to our servers and is not stored after the session ends.
8. Data retention
Gameplay data is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Third-party partners retain data according to their own policies.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data deletion requests: email support@playforest.games with the subject "Delete my data" and the name of the Game. We will respond within 30 days. Because we do not require accounts, you can also delete all local game data by uninstalling the Game.
10. Children's privacy
Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@playforest.games and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our partners may process information in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the Games or on this website.
